The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Managing a caseload of employment law – both contentious and non contentious.

  • Acting mainly for respondents.

  • Conducting negotiations, settlement agreements, and representing clients in employment tribunal cases.

  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

  • Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in employment law.

  • Be able to show solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ideally for respondent clients.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
