Firm: Our longstanding client, a boutique and fast-growing City law firm.

Role: Advising across contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for privately owned companies and HNWIs across employers and senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing employment tribunal claims
  • Settlement agreements
  • Ongoing employment advice including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, discrimination
  • Some corporate support e.g. TUPE
  • Supervising more junior staff

Key attractions:

  • Breadth of respondent and claimant and non-contentious and contentious work
  • Expanding team with attractive progression opportunities

Successful candidate:

  • Minimum 5 PQE as an England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Minimum 5 years employment law experience gained within a UK law firm across both contentious and non-contentious
  • Must be working for a dedicated employment law team within a UK law firm
