Our longstanding client, a fast growing Top 30 City law firm is going through an exciting phase of expansion both in the UK and internationally and has a very positive and welcoming culture.

Role: Joining a highly ranked team, this role has arisen from expansion and suits an ambitious 2-5 PQE Employment Associate. Their client base is a mixture of employer and senior executive work and the team benefits from working closely with powerful corporate and private wealth teams. Advising a broad client base which includes well known corporates, family offices/private capital, entrepreneurial fast-growing companies, high profile senior executives and across contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Employment tribunal litigation including high profile exits, restrictive covenants, breach of confidentiality, including in the high court
  • Workplace investigations
  • Employment advisory including disciplinary, discrimination, whistleblowing, performance issues
  • Transactional support including DD on transactions, warranties, indemnities, TUPE
  • Devising employment policies and procedures
  • Advising senior executives on team moves, severance, high profile team moves, often in the financial services sector and partnerships
