My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading disputes practice, handling a broad range of complex and high-value commercial litigation for an impressive client base.
You'll advise on shareholder and director disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, contract claims, professional negligence, insolvency matters and construction disputes amongst others, managing your own caseload while working closely with respected partners on complex litigation. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and play a key part in the continued growth of the team.
