Dispute Resolution Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE - Bristol Location: Bristol | Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time | Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 (dependent on experience) A highly regarded and consistently ranked Dispute Resolution team is seeking an experienced Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bristol practice. The team is recognised in both Chambers and The Legal 500 for delivering exceptional results across a broad range of complex commercial disputes, acting for clients across financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare and energy sectors. The Role You'll take on a varied and high‑quality caseload of complex commercial disputes, including: Commercial contract disputes Fraud and injunctive relief Company and shareholder disputes Contentious data protection matters Warranty claims and professional negligence Financial services and insurance coverage disputes Disputes arising from outsourced services contracts, SaaS agreements, platform development projects and distribution arrangements You'll work with a diverse client base ranging from start‑ups and high net worth individuals to multinationals, institutional investors, major banks and public sector bodies. With an established pipeline of work, you'll have immediate exposure to significant matters and the opportunity to develop your own specialism over time.
