Our client has an excellent national commercial disputes practice, handing high quality commercial litigation work on behalf of regional, national and international clients. The team advises on all aspects of complex, high value commercial disputes work with a clear focus on undertaking high quality work for notable commercial clients. The team advises large corporates, owner managed enterprises, PLCs, entrepreneurs and investors.
The firm is keen to appoint a mainstream commercial litigation partner to work alongside the other well-regarded partners and as a key member of a growing disputes practice. Joining a team with diverse expertise covering all manner of commercial contract disputes, partnership, shareholder and director disputes, company dissolutions, insolvency and debt recovery, banking and finance litigation and professional negligence claims amongst others, you will bring strong technical expertise in one or more of these areas. In addition, you will be able to develop strong and sustainable client relationships, be outward facing, commercial in your approach and client led.
This is an excellent role which would suit a senior commercial disputes lawyer looking for a first partnership role (perhaps practising in London or with another recognised regional firm) or an existing partner looking for a better opportunity to progress. This firm is a well- established, friendly and supportive firm with an excellent team-based ethos and merit-based partnership culture.
