An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Residential Development Solicitor to join a dynamic and highly regarded real estate team. Based in a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment, this role offers exposure to high‑quality work for an impressive client base including developers, landowners and housing providers. The successful candidate will support a wide range of residential development matters, from land acquisition and disposal through to complex strategic projects. They will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting on residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners
- Advising on affordable housing transactions for registered providers and housebuilders
- Supporting strategic land projects including options, promotion agreements and long‑term developments
- Handling development‑related matters such as overage, conditional contracts, title due diligence and easements
This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2‑4+ years' PQE and a passion for residential development work. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
