This is a great opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving, friendly department handling a broad mix of family and matrimonial work. You'll be advising clients on matters including:
- Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- Separation and cohabitation issues
- Financial settlements
- Children matters
- General family law advice
Key responsibilities include:
- Running and progressing your own day‑to‑day caseload
- Providing clear and empathetic legal advice
- Keeping up to date with legal developments
- Building relationships with clients, referrers and local networks
- Supporting the team with marketing and business‑development activity
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or close to qualification)
- Experience in family law, ideally across a range of matters
