The team advises public bodies and developers on major regeneration schemes across the UK, including housing‑led regeneration, town centre redevelopment, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The Role
- Advising on complex regeneration projects to a high technical standard
- Managing your own caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard
- Undertaking legal research and staying up to date with relevant developments
- Supporting business development through client training, industry events and tender/bid contributions
