It is now seeking a Private Client Trusts Associate to join its busy and expanding Trusts team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and engaging caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's private client offering.

The Role
As a Trusts Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high quality trust administration and advisory work. Responsibilities include:
- Trust creation and advisory work
- Trust administration and compliance
- Managing trust assets
- Providing taxation advice relating to trusts
- Asset management and investment oversight
- Communicating with and educating beneficiaries
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an individual with:
- A strong private client background, ideally with hands on trust administration experience
- Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to trust law and practice
- The ability to manage your own caseload with supervision from a Partner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team focused mindset
- A proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious approach
- A growth mindset and the ability to see the wider commercial picture
