You'll be part of a collaborative, well respected department known for delivering high quality advice across all areas of private client work.The RoleYou'll handle a varied and rewarding caseload focused on mental capacity law, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications, and complex health and welfare matters. The work will also involve representing clients in Court of Protection proceedings, managing sensitive financial and safeguarding issues, and working closely with healthcare professionals, social services, and other key stakeholders.About YouYou'll be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in private client work and a strong grounding in care and capacity matters. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be supporting clients who may be vulnerable or facing difficult decisions.
