From wealth protection and succession planning to guiding clients through bereavement, they pride themselves on delivering clear, compassionate, and expert legal advice.The team advise on the full suite of private client services, including:Drafting and updating WillsEstate and Inheritance Tax planningCreation and administration of TrustsDissolution of TrustsProbate and estate administrationPowers of AttorneyActing as Independent ExecutorsThe RoleThe successful private client lawyer will manage a varied caseload spanning wills, trusts, probate, estate and tax planning, and powers of attorney. Experience in contentious probate is welcome but not essential.
