The RoleYou'll manage your own varied caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, including: Divorce and separation mattersFinancial remedy work, including complex asset divisionPrivate law children matters and parental responsibility issuesCohabitation disputes and agreementsPre nuptial and post nuptial agreementsDomestic abuse matters and protective injunctionsYou'll provide strategic, compassionate and outcome focused advice, balancing technical expertise with emotional intelligence.
The role requires confidence in handling complex financial cases involving business interests, pensions and property portfolios. Experience representing clients at court hearings is essential, and strong negotiation skills and familiarity with ADR processes are highly valued.
