If you're experienced in public law children matters and want to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families then we would love to hear from you.Guiding clients through incredibly challenging times, offering calm legal advice, clear direction, and strong, sensitive representation from start to finish.The successful candidate can expect to advise and act on:Care proceedings involving parents and childrenSpecial Guardianship Orders within public law mattersPre-proceedings and PLO meetingsRepresentation at all stages of court hearingsThe RoleYou'll be a confident solicitor with hands-on experience in public law children cases. You'll be working closely with vulnerable people in emotionally charged circumstances so clarity, compassion, and an ability to break down legal complexity are key.
