Are you a passionate Family Lawyer looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference? A long established, multi office South West law firm and one of the region's largest, with a strong reputation for high quality legal services across both private client and commercial work is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its thriving Exmouth team.
The Role
- Divorce, separation and civil partnership matters
- Financial settlements and cohabitation issues
- Children law cases
- Legal aid work (experience helpful but not essential)
- Day to day client contact and ongoing case management
This is a role for someone who enjoys being part of a close knit, collaborative team while maintaining autonomy over their own caseload.
Requirements
- Solicitor, CILEx or 5+ years' experience managing your own family law caseload
- Strong background across a broad range of family matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client centred approach
- Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy and confidence
- Strong organisational skills and familiarity with case management systems
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for family law
- Willingness to support, mentor and help develop junior colleagues
