This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment. The RoleThis fee-earning role involves handling a broad range of medical negligence matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing your own caseload effectively and independentlyEnsuring work is completed accurately and in line with risk management proceduresStaying up to date with legal developments and best practicesBuilding and maintaining a network of contacts and referrersAreas of ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have experience in: Medical negligence claims, including those involving Hospital Trusts, GPs, Dentists, and Ambulance TrustsHandling complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and empathyDelivering transparent, high-quality client serviceCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with: Minimum 2 years' PQE in medical negligence lawStrong organisational and communication skillsA proactive and collaborative approach to team developmentCommitment to continuous professional improvementWorking ArrangementsThe role is based in the centrally located Exeter office.
