This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll be able to manage your own caseload while receiving appropriate support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity (freehold and leasehold)Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfactionHandle more complex matters such as development work, shared ownership, easements and bespoke draftingMaintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and ensuring a positive client experienceEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal processesWork collaboratively with colleagues, providing support where required and assisting in the development of junior team membersAbout You: Ideally at least 3 years' PQE working as a residential conveyancing fee earner in a busy environmentConfident managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionExperience across a wide range of residential transactions, with willingness to handle more complex mattersStrong organisational and time management skillsA client focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong commercial awareness and adaptability to market demandsExcellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to problem solvingWhy Join Us?
