Work will include:Alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, pre action protocol matters, and litigationDispute avoidance and risk managementContractual interpretation across major standard forms (JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC, GC Works) and bespoke contractsProfessional negligence mattersPrimarily domestic projects, with opportunities to support international workBusiness development and profile raising activitiesCross office collaboration with real estate, construction, and public sector teamsParticipation in firm wide and departmental trainingBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsEnsuring file management complies with Lexcel proceduresCandidate RequirementsThe firm's Career Development Framework outlines the competencies expected at Senior Associate level.
