An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading UK Top 100 law firm with a nationally recognised real estate practice. Consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, you can expect to join a highly regarded Residential Development team advising a broad client base including national and regional housebuilders, residential developers, landowners and affordable housing providers.
Your work will include:
- Residential development acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic land transactions, including promotion agreements and option agreements
- Affordable housing acquisitions and disposals
- Conditional contracts and development agreements
- Overage arrangements and easements
- Title due diligence and site set-up work
- Supporting clients through the full development lifecycle

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong experience in residential development, strategic land or development-led property transactions
- Experience advising developers, landowners, housebuilders or registered providers would be advantageous
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- A genuine interest in business development and client relationship management
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
