It is now seeking a Private Client Trusts Associate to join its busy and expanding Trusts team in Exeter. The Role

As a Trusts Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high quality trust administration and advisory work. Responsibilities include:

  • Trust creation and advisory work
  • Trust administration and compliance
  • Managing trust assets
  • Providing taxation advice relating to trusts
  • Asset management and investment oversight
  • Communicating with and educating beneficiaries

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to an individual with:

  • A strong private client background, ideally with hands on trust administration experience
  • Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to trust law and practice
  • The ability to manage their own caseload with supervision from a Partner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team focused mindset
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious approach
  • A growth mindset and the ability to see the wider commercial picture
