This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a high performing, collaborative environment with exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters.The RoleYou'll be responsible for assisting partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of litigation matters, including:Contentious trusts and probate (disputed wills and trusts)Commercial litigation mattersDay to day conduct of files with appropriate supervisionLiaising with clients, counsel, and other professionalsDeveloping a specialism and building your own niche within litigationSupporting a collaborative and friendly team cultureMaintaining high professional standards and complianceInitially, you will be office based in Exeter to familiarise yourself with the team and systems.
