This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established department advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees across the UK and internationally.
The RoleYou'll be joining a collaborative and well-supported team delivering high-quality private client services.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on estate and asset protection planningDrafting tax-efficient wills and trustsCreating and advising on onshore trustsManaging probate and estate administrationAdvising on Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection mattersSupporting residence and domicile planning for international clientsSupervising and mentoring junior legal staffParticipating in marketing and business development initiativesEnsuring compliance with Lexcel procedures and firm-wide trainingCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor with: At least 6 years PQE in private client workSTEP membership or working towards qualification (strongly preferred)Excellent technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approachStrong communication and file management abilitiesCommercial awareness and financial discipline as a fee earnerA collaborative mindset and interest in mentoringSolid academic background and commitment to service excellenceWorking ArrangementsThe firm offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with a supportive culture and clear career development framework.
