A leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and well-regarded Derby office. This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer who can manage a full residential caseload independently and deliver excellent client service.

The role includes:

  • Managing your own caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and remortgage matters
  • Handling files from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to marketing and business development activity
