Role:
Joining their well-regarded banking & finance team with a focus on Debt Capital Markets:
- Drafting facility agreements and security documents
- Standalone bond issuances
- MTN programmes and issuances
- Investment grade transactions
- Secured and unsecured lending
- LMAs
- Commercial paper issuances
- Strucured products and derivatives
- Shariah compliant financing
