Reference: SHJ921957547_1784294440Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer)Southam Competitive salary An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy Property Department based in Southam.

This role will suit a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters.

You will manage your own caseload covering sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership and leasehold transactions.

In addition to fee earning, you will take on responsibility for supervising and supporting a small team, ensuring work is progressed efficiently and in line with Lexcel and CQS standards.

You will also assist with file audits, compliance requirements and the overall performance of the department.

The role will involve regular client contact, liaising with intermediaries and HM Land Registry, and maintaining high standards of file management and client service.

You will also be expected to contribute to business development and help grow the department by building relationships and generating new work.

Candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills, a solid understanding of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and anti-money laundering requirements.

Experience working to Lexcel standards would be advantageous.

Familiarity with case management systems is essential, with experience of Tikit being beneficial.

You must be a team player with a proactive approach, and willing to travel to other office locations if required.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
