Excellent opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading Court of Protection team who are based in Exeter.

The successful court of protection solicitor will be joining a medium sized Court of Protection team, who are based in Exeter. You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts and applications to the Court of Protection.

You will be a qualified solicitor who has had at least 1 year PQE in Court of Protection work. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified, but if you are not, studies will be supported by the firm.
