Our client, a Top 20 law firm, has a large and well-resourced tax team and is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Counsel into the team who has high-level UK and International corporate tax transactional and advisory experience for listed and substantial privately owned companies across the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and UK.
The successful candidate will currently be a corporate tax senior associate with at least 8 years PQE.
