Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team. Based in the Bournemouth office, this is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 4-6 years\’ PQE to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one.
The Role
This is a dynamic and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of corporate matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
- Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on larger transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
- Enhancing the firm\’s profile across the South Coast and beyond
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
- 4-6 years\’ PQE in corporate law
- A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Proven business development experience
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- An existing network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
