We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Bath, supporting the launch of a brand new office. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a developing presence in the region while working on a varied and high‑quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures
- Lead and support on transactions depending on experience
- Provide commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
- Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
- Maintain excellent client care and strong organisational practices
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
- Proactive, adaptable and highly organised
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
