The Role
- As an Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice while handling a varied and dynamic workload.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, and private placements
- Supporting private equity and investment transactions
- Managing cases across corporate finance, joint ventures, and securities offerings
- Drafting key legal documents with commercial precision and minimal supervision
- Developing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements
- To be considered you will be an England and Wales qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-4 PQE.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, and transactional work
- Commercial awareness with exceptional communication skills
- A proactive approach, managing tasks efficiently under time pressures
