You\’ll handle the full remit of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and private equity. As an incoming and senior team member, you\’ll enjoy strong levels of responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the team\’s future. You will also play a vital role in assisting the lead partner with key client relationships while helping to develop juniors in the department.
