We have been instructed by a top 50 UK Law firm who are looking to expand their Tier 1 Corporate team. Not only has this firm been ranked highly by the Legal 500, but they have also recently been awarded a platinum accreditation by Investors in people in recognition of the firm\βs investment in its employees.
This is a wonderful opportunity perhaps for a city lawyer looking now to leave London and return to their roots. Perhaps you\βre not originally from the Southwest but are seeking a move to this vibrant city and looking to join a practice that both you and your clients will recognise as highly acclaimed and where you can really make a name for yourself in the region. The Corporate team have been awarded a Tier one recognition acting for a high-quality client base on a wide range of corporate matters to include M&A, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and investment funds.
The team is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor of ideally 6 + PQE to join them at the Senior Associate level who has had the benefit of solid Corporate M&A and private equity transactional work. Excellent communication skills are also key as you can expect to support more junior team members.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding firm that is well known as a market leader, to work within a supportive team alongside leading Partner and Lawyers who are truly experts in their fields.
