- Contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency work for high-profile big ticket cross border transactions for UK, European and US multinationals.
- Non-Contentious Restructuring including special situations.
- Insolvency related disputes.

Successful candidate
- 1-2 PQE, England & Wales Qualified (we are unable to consider NQ level candidates).
- Currently working for another US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm (we are unable to consider candidates outside of these firms).
- Contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency experience.
- Excellent academics.
