- Depending on experiencePQE Level: 6+ PQEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire.
This role sits within one of the region's leading Corporate teams and offers the chance to operate in a strategic knowledge-focused position, while remaining closely connected to complex, high-value corporate and M&A transactions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone already in a knowledge position or a senior Corporate lawyer looking to step away from fee-earning responsibilities without losing involvement in high-quality legal work.
As the team's Corporate Knowledge Solicitor, you will play a key role in enhancing technical excellence, supporting legal innovation, and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of market developments.
Working closely with partners and fee-earners across the Corporate department, your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining precedents, know-how and knowledge resources.
Delivering technical training and mentoring to lawyers across the team.
Providing guidance on complex legal and transactional matters.
Monitoring legislative, regulatory and market developments.
Driving best practice, consistency and process improvements.
Supporting legal innovation initiatives and knowledge management projects.
Contributing to thought leadership and client-facing content.
