JOB TITLE: Corporate M&A Lawyer

This highly acclaimed global law firm's corporate team is seeking a Corporate M&A lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE and experience gained at a top-tier firm in London. A first-class academic pedigree is essential, along with a strong grounding in high-value private M&A transactions. While applications are welcomed from Commonwealth lawyers, candidates must have at least one year of experience in the corporate department of a leading London firm.

You will work with blue-chip clients on high-value, cross-border transactions. The team is known for providing exceptional advice on complex corporate matters involving wealthy individuals and families.
