Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Bournemouth
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client team at a leading Dorset practice.
My client are seeking a skilled Corporate Commercial Solicitor with ideally 3-5 years\’ PQE to manage a wide range of non-contentious corporate matters. The role will involve handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders\’ agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, and business reorganisations, often linked to private client tax planning. This corporate commercial team work on a very high quality of work, working very closely with a highly experience corporate commercial partner.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a good technical understand of a broad spectreum of corporate commercial matters. In addition you will be eager to contribute to the growth of the firm by playing an active role in business development.
