We have been instructed by our client, who is seeking a corporate commercial solicitor to join their diverse practice in Cheltenham. The corporate commercial team handles a broad spectrum of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, contract terms and conditions, corporate governance, data protection, and more.
In a bid to expand, the team is looking for a mid-level addition - an accomplished Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE is preferred. However, candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
