A rare opening has come up for an experienced Corporate Commercial lawyer (Senior Associate to Partner level) to step into a leading role within a successful, well-established team.

Based in Exeter, you'll join a multi-office practice with a strong footprint across the Westcountry. You'll work on a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, acting for an impressive range of clients. The team handles everything from day-to-day commercial contracts to complex transactions, so there's plenty of variety and high-calibre work. You'll also support and mentor the team, contributing to business development and departmental direction.

About you:

  • Strong corporate experience (transactional and advisory)
  • Comfortable handling a range of commercial contracts - supply, distribution, franchise agreements, general T&Cs
  • A collaborative, proactive, people-focused approach
