We are working with and supporting the strategic growth of one of the South Coast's most respected Corporate teams, who are now looking to add a talented and commercially savvy solicitor to their award-winning practice. This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor with strong corporate experience to join a highly skilled, dynamic group that regularly advises serial acquirers and Private Equity backed clients. The team has earned awards recognition and you’ll be working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shareholder agreements, share options, and family investment structures
- M&A transactions - particularly in the buy-and-build space
- Corporate disposals, structuring, and commercial support
- Drafting and negotiating key documentation
- Partnering on business development initiatives
- Taking ownership of matters or collaborating across the team depending on complexity
