This leading law firm is expanding its thriving Corporate team with a senior level hire. Based in Southampton, the hybrid setup offers a balanced, flexible approach to working while placing you in one of the UK\’s most dynamic regional hubs for transactional work.
You\’ll act in a range of sectors, advising on M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and governance. You\’ll be a key senior figure with in depth client interaction and mentoring of more junior individuals, with the opportunity for progress into Partnership.
