An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Residential Property team in Corby. This role will involve providing dedicated secretarial support to fee earners within the conveyancing department, assisting with the smooth progression of residential property transactions.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Managing files
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks

The successful candidate will be well organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach are essential. Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within residential conveyancing, is highly desirable. However, candidates with strong secretarial experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a supportive team environment and the opportunity to build experience within a busy property department.
