A well-established and family-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team in Gloucester. The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build property work
- Help to Buy matters
- Shared ownership transactions
- Sales, purchases and re‑mortgages
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client care
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
- 4+ years’ experience handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
- Ability to manage files independently from inception to completion
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- A proactive, client‑focused and professional approach
