A great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing Assistant role to join a busy, well-established team. This position is central to supporting a high-volume caseload and delivering excellent client service, so it suits someone organised, proactive, and confident working under pressure.
What the role involves:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, including:
- Preparing standard letters and documents through the case management system
- Assisting with bills, completion statements, completions, and post-completion work
- Managing AML checks, obtaining clear results, and issuing ID requests
- Updating the Land Registry and lender portals
- Creating online ID checks and requesting funds
- Handling filing and general administrative duties
- Acting as a key point of contact, providing updates and support to clients, estate agents, solicitors, intermediaries, and other third parties by phone, email, and in person.
