A leading Thames Valley law firm is seeking a junior solicitor to join its expanding Contentious Probate team. The ideal candidate will focus on contentious probate matters that include contested Wills, inheritance claims for reasonable financial provision from an estate, disputes about how a property should be dealt with on the death of an owner, and issues where executors and trustees are not considered to be dealing with an estate correctly, along with supporting the team as needed.
This team, led by a highly experienced professional with over 25 years in the field, is part of the firm's renowned Dispute Resolution department, as recommended by The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide.
In the role you will:
- Manage an agreed caseload of clients in conjunction with senior partners.
- Process clients' cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Maintain the highest professional standards and comply with quality standards.
