A senior opportunity to lead and grow a thriving Construction Litigation practice within a well-established, highly ranked regional law firm. The firm is a full-service commercial practice with a strong reputation across the South Coast, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers, and known for its high quality work, partner-led service and long-standing client relationships.

The Role

  • You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the firm's Construction offering, working closely with two respected construction specialists and collaborating with colleagues across the wider Property Group.
  • The team is gaining real traction, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
  • You'll help drive that momentum, bringing leadership, technical expertise and a commercial mindset.
  • Leading on complex construction disputes, adjudications, defect claims, payment issues and contractual risk.
  • Working with developers, contractors, consultants and property clients across the region and beyond.
  • Helping to develop and grow the practice, supported by a strong platform and a genuinely collaborative partnership.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the team and mentoring junior lawyers.
  • Building on an already strong reputation for pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
