A top 100 law firm with a strong national reputation is looking to grow its Legal 500-ranked Construction team with the hire of an Associate or Senior Associate specialising in contentious matters.

The team advises a broad range of clients to include developers, contractors, consultants, and funders on complex disputes involving adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of construction disputes, working closely with senior colleagues on technically challenging and commercially significant matters.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 2+ years\\\’ experience in contentious construction law
