The Role
You’ll join a growing Construction team advising on both contentious and non contentious matters. The focus of this role is disputes, working with contractors, developers, landowners and professional consultants on a wide range of issues. Your work will include:
- Handling construction related disputes, including adjudication, mediation and court proceedings.
- Supporting clients with strategic advice as issues arise on live projects.
- Working alongside colleagues on contract structures, risk management and project documentation.
- Developing your expertise in construction law with close supervision from the Head of Team.
- Contributing to a friendly, close knit team working across offices.

Candidate Requirements
- Has some litigation experience from training or post qualification work.
- Brings a genuine interest in construction disputes and a desire to specialise.

- Is motivated to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility.
