Chadwick Nott have been instructed by a top 100 national law firm that is continuing a strong period of strategic growth across its practice. As part of this expansion, their highly regarded Construction team, known for its impressive national client base and consistently strong directory rankings, is seeking a Construction Solicitor at the 1-3 PQE level.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised non contentious construction practice working on some of the most significant projects in the UK. The team advises across education, housing, health, regeneration, infrastructure and major central government programmes, acting on high value, complex schemes using JCT, NEC and bespoke documentation. You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of project types, including new hospitals, large residential developments, university estates, care facilities and major regeneration schemes. The role is primarily non contentious, but candidates with mixed experience who want to specialise will be welcomed.
About You
- 1-3 years' PQE
- Experience in non contentious construction, or a mixed construction background with a desire to specialise
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- An interest in networking and business development
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and enthusiasm for becoming a sector specialist
