They're providing an excellent opportunity for an established Construction Partner or a senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership position.
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters across residential, commercial and industrial developments. You will advise on construction documentation, development agreements, major project work and supporting complex real estate and finance transactions, amongst others.
Benefiting from a healthy existing caseload, you'll be supported by a collaborative team and have access to significant cross-referral opportunities from the firm's market-leading property practice. The firm is also keen for individuals with a strong business case, network or following, however, more crucially is a proven ability in business development combined with technical expertise.
