The successful construction solicitor will work on major infrastructure, transport, energy, and engineering projects, often involving NEC and FIDIC contracts. A solid grasp of TCC procedure and adjudication is essential; familiarity with ICC, LCIA, and cross-border enforcement is a bonus.
Requirements- 3-6 years' PQE in construction litigation/arbitration
- Experience with NEC/FIDIC and other standard forms
- Strong knowledge of adjudication and TCC practice
- Fire safety experience would be an advantage
- Commercially savvy, client-focused, and team-oriented
- Strong business development and networking skills
